Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of the pop-up evenings taking place in February and March.

Due to this being a 3rd party event a £10 cash deposit person is required to secure your booking and will be discounted from your bill on the evening.

Please note that without this deposit, your booking cannot be confirmed.

We advise retaining a copy of your receipt as proof of your deposit in case of any technical issues or changes to our system.

Please be informed that all deposits are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward the final bill in the event that any member of the party fails to show up on the day of the booking.

A pre-order may be required for certain events, we will advise of this when making the booking, and we kindly request that pre-orders be submitted at least 3 days prior to the event. Additionally, please inform us about any allergies or dietary restrictions within your party.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, 100% of the booking will be charged in the event of a no-show.
